The costumer has a 14 day period under after date of purchase in which he/she can return the goods for a full refund minus shipping expenses. Claims under these circumstances can only be accepted if the returned merchandise is in perfect working conditions, without signs of use, complete with original packages, accessories and offers, and with all seals intact. Receipt is also demanded for these claims.
Due to the custom service and printing digital photos will not be accepted returns of photographs and other prints ordered and completed for these claims under this cooling-off period of 14 days.
New products and services enjoy a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, parts and labor.

If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer, your order will be dispatched when COLORFOTO receives the funds.
International bank wire transfers will use the "SHARE" expenses system. This means that the costumer supports his/her bank (sender) fees and COLORFOTO will support the receiver bank fees.
